The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Splinter as he connects with a hook.
Good leg kick by Splinter there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Assis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Splinter stuns Assis with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Assis looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Splinter, right into the meat.
Splinter thumps Assis with a low kick.

Splinter leaves Assis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Assis is breathing heavily.
Assis stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Splinter.
Splinter feints a jab and as Assis dips his head, Splinter unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Assis right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Assis falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the ropes! Splinter smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
