The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rapp rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Betoni moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Betoni throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Rapp lands with a straight right. Betoni didn't see that one coming.
Rapp tries to clinch but Betoni is having none of it.
Rapp misses with the combination.
Betoni throws a hook but Rapp avoids it easily.
Betoni looks to land a combination but Rapp avoids it well.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Betoni - that will leave a mark!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Betoni throws a nice looking combination but Rapp bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Rapp closes the distance and clinches.

Betoni breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Rapp moves to clinch but Betoni breaks away
and Betoni counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Betoni throws a solid leg kick but Rapp takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Betoni.
Nice shot lands for Betoni.
Betoni tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rapp ducks under a wild hook from Betoni.

Rapp throws a right hand that misses
and Betoni counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Betoni digs a good hook to Rapp's body.
Rapp looks gassed!
Betoni looks to land a body kick but Rapp moved away.
Betoni throws a head kick that Rapp semi-blocks.

It looks like Mitch Rapp has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rapp walks forward, straight into a front kick from Betoni.
Rapp stuffs the takedown attempt from Betoni. Betoni gets slowly back to his feet.
Betoni does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Betoni throws a front kick aimed at Rapp's knee but Rapp avoids it well.
Rapp keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Nice combo by Betoni! Oh, that's hurt him - Rapp falls to the canvas and Betoni follows him into side control.

Rapp is rocked!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Betoni in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Rapp looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Betoni turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
