Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Squirtle Blastoise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Pesanioco Noguerio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blastoise comes to the cage accompanied by The Rolling Stones: Sympathy For The Devil. Noguerio has chosen Moneytalks -ACDC as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blastoise shoots in and gets a takedown into Noguerio's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Blastoise trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Blastoise postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Noguerio really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blastoise. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Noguerio utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Noguerio is looking to stand up but Blastoise isn't so interested in that idea.
Blastoise is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Blastoise loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Blastoise sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Noguerio's guard.

Noguerio tries to roll over but Blastoise keeps him under control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Blastoise maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Noguerio could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Blastoise has cracked it and Noguerio is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Blastoise!
