Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ezio Noir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marnic PreToriusT (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for PreToriusT.

PreToriusT is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Noir's half guard.

Noir looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
PreToriusT wants to pass the guard but Noir is defending well.
PreToriusT is looking to stall here but Noir recovers full guard.
PreToriusT stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Noir swivels though and keeps the full guard.

PreToriusT distracts Noir with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
PreToriusT blocks the body kick.
Noir tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but PreToriusT swivels and escapes.
PreToriusT defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Noir.
PreToriusT shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Noir defends it nicely.
Noir blocks a head kick by PreToriusT.

PreToriusT throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Noir was covering up waiting for the punch and PreToriusT finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Noir looking for a guillotine here but PreToriusT defends easily.

Noir has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes PreToriusT off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Noir shoots in looking for a takedown. PreToriusT tries to sprawl out of it but Noir keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. PreToriusT manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ezio Noir. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Noir shoots in for a takedown but PreToriusT shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Noir throws a right hand that PreToriusT ducks under and follows up with a left that PreToriusT also avoids with ease.

Noir throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. PreToriusT tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Noir is in PreToriusT's guard.
Noir wants to pass the guard but PreToriusT is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Noir scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

PreToriusT had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Noir defends it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Marnic PreToriusT will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Noir lands with an uppercut that bounces PreToriusT off the cage and back into range.
PreToriusT tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Noir swivels and escapes.
PreToriusT shoots in but Noir avoids the takedown attempt easily.
PreToriusT shoots in for a double leg but Noir sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ezio Noir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marnic PreToriusT.
No luck for PreToriusT with that takedown attempt.
PreToriusT is breathing heavily.

PreToriusT tries to sprawl but Noir drives through with a takedown into half guard.

PreToriusT is staying active underneath Noir, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
PreToriusT tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Noir landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
PreToriusT is trying to control but can't.

Noir is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, PreToriusT has managed to free his arm - good work.
Noir is nestled in close to PreToriusT, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Noir shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with PreToriusT but PreToriusT pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Noir is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down PreToriusT's shoulder. That is not cool.
PreToriusT wants to control but Noir postures up.
Noir is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Noir could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Noir lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

PreToriusT wants to control the position but that's not easy when your opponent is in side control! Noir seems to be going for some sort of submission here. Hard to say what - oh, it's a Brabo choke! He's got it! PreToriusT is tapping! Wow, great finish!
