Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Intha Mumbrane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Mccarthey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Intha Mumbrane has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Intha Mumbrane seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Viktor Lagutenko and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mccarthey fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mccarthey throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Mumbrane.

It looks like Intha Mumbrane has been cut.
Mccarthey throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Mumbrane scores with a takedown into Mccarthey's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mccarthey wants to stand and escape but Mumbrane is having none of it.
Mccarthey is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Mumbrane trying to control the position from guard on top but Mccarthey is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mccarthey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mumbrane. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mccarthey looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mumbrane is one step ahead there.
Mumbrane stands and throws Mccarthey's legs to the side, diving into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mumbrane is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Mccarthey is trying to escape and Mumbrane transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Mccarthey is forced to tap! Nice work there by Mumbrane! Very nice indeed!

After winning the bout, Intha Mumbrane thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
