Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Xander Lagos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Hassel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hassel tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lagos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hassel swivels and escapes.
Lagos uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hassel.
Hassel throws a hook to the side of Lagos's head but Lagos sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Hassel feints a jab promting Lagos to slip. Hassel then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Lagos slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Lagos dives in and grabs Hassel's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hassel pushes down on Lagos's head and hops out.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lagos throws a nice looking combination but Hassel bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Hassel might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Hassel lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A relieved looking Chris Hassel thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
