Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Concrete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mt Bot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Concrete comes to the ring accompanied by Pillar : Fire on the Inside. Mt Bot has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quinton Concrete!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mt Bot!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Concrete throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bot tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Concrete is in Bot's guard.
Concrete advances position into side control!
Concrete with the ground and pound but Bot regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
Concrete is trying to control the action in half guard but Bot is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Concrete moves into full mount! Bot won't be happy about that!
Concrete looking to control and managing it successfully.

Concrete working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Concrete trying to control but Bot is having none of it.

Concrete has hold of Bot's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Bot manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Concrete has control of Bot's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bot regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Concrete stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Bot tries to clinch but Concrete is having none of it.
Concrete throws a leg kick but Bot moved away.
Concrete dives in and grabs Bot's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bot pushes down on Concrete's head and hops out.
Concrete swats away the attempt to clinch by Bot.
Bot tries to clinch up but Concrete circles away and keeps his distance.
Bot tries to clinch but Concrete moves away
and Concrete counters with a straight right hand.
Bot moves away from the strike by Concrete.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A swing and a miss from Concrete.
Concrete circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bot takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Bot's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Bot duly obliges.
Bot tries to close the distance and clinch but Concrete swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bot fails in his attempt to clinch.

Bot moves into the clinch.
Bot misses with the head strike.
Bot goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Bot prevents a takedown attempt there.
Concrete blocks an uppercut.
Concrete blocks an uppercut.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Bot.
Bot scores with a nice hook to the head.
Bot tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Bot lands a left hand that snaps the head of Concrete backwards.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Concrete's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Concrete drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Quinton Concrete. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Concrete breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bot fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bot tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Concrete cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Bot moves to clinch but Concrete breaks away
and Concrete counters with a three punch combo that has Bot backing up. Bot nods at Concrete to acknowledge the strikes.

Bot clinches up with Concrete and pushes him back against the ropes.
A head punch on the inside from Bot fails to land.
A hook to the body from Bot.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Bot.
Concrete wants to get back to striking at distance but Bot won't allow it.
Bot lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Concrete looking to slow down the pace here.
Bot lands a hook to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Quinton Concrete dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Concrete throws a jab when Bot was well out of range.
Bot tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Concrete manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Concrete fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bot closes the distance but Concrete moves to the side
and Concrete counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Mt Bot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bot tries to sprawl but Concrete drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Concrete is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Concrete is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bot doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Concrete.
Concrete is looking to take a break and control but Bot is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Concrete is thwarting Bot's attempts to control the position.

Concrete is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bot sees it coming and defends easily.
Concrete is trying to control. Bot wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Concrete is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bot defends it well.
Bot is not content to let Concrete control the position.
Concrete is really struggling to control Bot but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Concrete is working for a submission of some sort.

Concrete is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bot is just riding it out for now. Concrete eventually gives up the hold.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Concrete is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Concrete throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bot works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Bot keeping full guard, as Concrete tries to pass.

Concrete drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bot looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bot looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bot!
Concrete tries to improve position but can't.
Concrete tries to control but Bot manages to take his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Quinton Concrete dominated that second round.
That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!



Bot drives through and clinches with Concrete against the ropes.
Bot working aggressively here.
Bot lands a body shot.
Bot gets underhooks to prevent Concrete's takedown attempt.
Concrete tries for a takedown but Bot manages to get underhooks.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Concrete.
Bot lands a right hand.
Concrete is trying to pull guard but Bot turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Quinton Concrete. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bot lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Concrete backwards.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Bot.
A right handed body shot lands from Bot.

Concrete gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bot working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Concrete.
Concrete trying to control but Bot is working from the bottom.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Concrete missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Concrete stands up from Bot's guard - Concrete perhaps looking for a knockout.

Bot rushes Concrete and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Bot tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bot.
Bot tries to throw a body punch but Concrete avoids it by throwing Bot back against the ropes.
Bot goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Bot lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Bot.
Concrete blocks a body shot from Bot.
Bot lands an uppercut.
Bot is leaning against Concrete and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Bot digs a right hand underneath Concrete's ribcage. Concrete let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Bot throws a punch but it's blocked by Concrete.
Quinton Concrete is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bot lands a right hand that snaps the head of Concrete backwards.
Bot throws a head punch that misses.
Bot throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Concretes head.
Bot lands on the inside with an uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bot working aggressively here.
A nice left hand lands by Bot.

Concrete has Bot pressed up against the ropes. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Concrete pulls back from the ropes and twists to the side, sending Bot tumbling to the mat - Concrete dives into Bot's guard.
Concrete not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Concrete trying to control but Bot is working from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bot keeping full guard, as Concrete tries to pass.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Quinton Concrete wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Concrete avoids a punch combination nicely.
Concrete circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bot tries to clinch up
and Concrete cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bot wants to clinch

and Concrete counters with a takedown into side control.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Concrete wants to control but Bot is keeping him busy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Concrete tries to move to mount but Bot blocks the move with his legs.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Mt Bot.
I think Concrete has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
