Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Sharper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Az Hole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Az Hole will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sharper is defended easily by Hole.
Sharper shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hole but Hole pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Sharper feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sharper stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hole swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hole pushes Sharper off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Hole tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sharper manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
