The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Julius throws a push kick but Barkas slaps the foot to one side.
Barkas takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Hannibal Barkas has been cut.
Julius pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Gaius Julius seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Barkas is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Julius is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Julius flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Barkas anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Julius and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Barkas slips an arm under Julius chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Barkas has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Barkas is squeezing on Julius like an anaconda would it's prey. Julius fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
