The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Leandro Rodrigues and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orangotango misses with a head kick.
Orangotango blocks a head kick by Flash.
Orangotango scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Flash clinches up against the cage.
Flash manages to break the clinch.
Orangotango lands with an uppercut that bounces Flash off the cage and back into range.
Orangotango scores with a head kick. Flash tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Orangotango slaps away a takedown attempt from Flash, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Orangotango has Flash up against the cage in a clinch.
Flash's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Orangotango throws a head kick that misses.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Orangotango throws a series of punches but Flash moves out of range.
Flash throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Flash lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Sloppy strikes from Flash. Those never looked like landing.
Orangotango defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Flash.
Flash looks gassed!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Orangotango! Flash is out on his feet! Orangotango rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Flash is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Flash is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marcelo Orangotango!
A relieved looking Marcelo Orangotango thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
