Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vangelis Kokkalis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drake Retso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kokkalis comes to the cage accompanied by Promises - Nero ft. Skrillex. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kokkalis keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
It looks like Drake Retso has been cut.
Retso chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kokkalis can pounce on him.
Kokkalis lands a jab to Retso's midsection.
Kokkalis keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Retso looks to land a combination but Kokkalis avoids it well.
Nice body kick there by Kokkalis.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

That kick from Kokkalis tenderised Retso's leg. Retso is trying to keep his angry face on.

That has opened up Drake Retso's cut even more.
Retso gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Kokkalis scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kokkalis lands a nice leg kick that just misses Retso's sensitive parts.
Retso chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kokkalis can pounce on him.

This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters circle momentarily. Kokkalis darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

The cut above Drake Retso's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Kokkalis fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Retso has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Kokkalis connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Drake Retso's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Drake Retso's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Vangelis Kokkalis!
