Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Henry Ngo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Trout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henry Ngo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mick Trout's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mick Trout!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ngo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Trout swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ngo moves out of range of the body kick.
Ngo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Ngo takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Trout throws a push kick but Ngo slaps the foot to one side.
Trout throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Trout fakes the leg kick and cracks Ngo in the body.
Ngo doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Trout makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Ngo really felt that one!

Ngo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Trout swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Trout is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ngo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Trout is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ngo pulls his head out easily.

Ngo is working for a kimura but Trout is defending it quite comfortably.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Trout works his way to full guard. Good work.

Mick Trout showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Trout is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ngo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ngo's back!

Trout is cranking Ngo's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Ngo! He's tightened the choke and Ngo is tapping out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Mick Trout!
After the fight, Mick Trout was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
