The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lofty shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Takeshi as he avoids it easily.
Lofty has taken the fight to the clinch.
A knee to the head by Takeshi.
Lofty is stalling here.
Lofty jumps guard and drags Takeshi to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Takeshi preventing the sweep.
Lofty not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Lofty looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Takeshi wanted to stand there but Lofty had control of the position.
Lofty escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Takeshi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Takeshi trying to stand up but can't free himself from Lofty's guard.
Lofty has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Takeshi doesn't defend quickly enough and Lofty has managed to lock this one up! Can Takeshi escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Lofty on a fantastic submission victory.
