The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furer walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Furer shoots and misses
and Arlecki counters with a right hand to the body.
Arlecki catches Furer with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Furer with a lazy takedown attempt
and Arlecki makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Arlecki lands with a slapping head kick.
Furer takes a shot right to the bread basket.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Arlecki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Furer is rocked!
Jerzy Arlecki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mink Furer.

Furer takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Arlecki buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

and Arlecki counters with a slapping leg kick.

Furer doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Arlecki counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Furer thinking.
Furer looks gassed!
Furer takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Furer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Arlecki lands with a hook. Furer tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Jerzy Arlecki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Furer takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Furer misses with a takedown attempt
and Arlecki counters with a left to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Arlecki feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Furer's calf.
Arlecki lands a brutal head kick. Furer looks out on his feet and Arlecki throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
