The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bullock misses the shot to the body.
Mannersormi tries for a takedown but Bullock circles away easily
and Bullock counters with a nice body shot.
Mannersormi throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Mannersormi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bullock looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Bullock is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Bullock is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Bullock managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Mannersormi.
Mannersormi lands an elbow.

Bullock avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Mannersormi.
Mannersormi has control of an arm but Bullock manages to advance to Mannersormi's back!

Mannersormi tries to escape but Bullock has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Mannersormi rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Bullock wants to pass to mount but Mannersormi is defending the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bullock with the ground and pound but Mannersormi uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Mannersormi has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Mannersormi is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Mannersormi not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Mannersormi throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Mannersormi looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
