The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
swick wants to clinch.
swick could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
swick looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
swick fails in his attempt to clinch.
swick tries to clinch up but Biggum circles away and keeps his distance.

Biggum shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Biggum showed some decent athleticism there.

Biggum is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Biggum uses his free foot to push down on swick's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for swick.
Biggum is trying to take his opponent's back.

Biggum is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, swick has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Biggum looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Biggum wants to finish this one by submission but swick is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Biggum.

Biggum is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, swick has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Biggum looking for a guillotine from mount but swick is having none of it.

Biggum goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now swick is on top in guard.

Biggum is looking for a triangle but swick pushes his legs off easily.
Biggum is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Biggum working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. swick doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. swick manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Biggum is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but swick frees his head nicely. Oh but Biggum has switched to an armbar! swick is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
