Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Amadeus Astra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pavel Katasonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Astra comes to the cage accompanied by Once in a Lifetime. Katasonov has chosen In Extremo - Wind as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Astra.
Astra misses with a body shot.
Katasonov slips under a jab from Astra.
Katasonov gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Astra.

Katasonov tries to sprawl but Astra drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Astra throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Astra shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Katasonov pinned against the cage. Katasonov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Amadeus Astra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Astra has managed to clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Astra pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Katasonov lands a hook that snaps the head of Astra backwards.

That was a close round but I would say that Amadeus Astra will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Katasonov had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Astra defends it easily.

Katasonov has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Astra should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Katasonov has tightened it up now! Astra should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
