Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Birdman Lugz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruslan Chonbov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chonbov has chosen Nana - remember the time as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lugz enables Chonbov to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lugz manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Chonbov drops back looking for a leg! Lugz is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lugz manages to kick Chonbov off! Chonbov jumps back into Lugz's guard.

Lugz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chonbov on the ground.
Lugz manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Lugz wants to control from the top but Chonbov keeps moving.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Chonbov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Chonbov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lugz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Lugz wants to control from the top but Chonbov keeps moving.
Lugz distracts Chonbov with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
