A fine choice. The Icepick has chosen Hollywood Undead - Tear It UP as his entrance music. Truck The Icepick has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeda keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The Icepick lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by The Icepick.

The Icepick has closed the distance and engaged Takeda in a clinch.

The Icepick throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Takeda blocks it with crossed arms.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Takeda takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Takeda lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of The Icepick backwards.
The Icepick's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Takeda connects with a knee to the head.

Takeda breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Takeda thows a body shot but no joy.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Takeda takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Takeda looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and The Icepick cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Takeda makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. The Icepick really felt that one!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Takeda counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Takeda lands a head kick. The Icepick smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Takeda lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as The Icepick crumples to the floor! Takeda milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
