Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Travis Beauvais (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Rizzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Travis Beauvais has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Travis Beauvais!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mario Rizzo!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beauvais stalks Rizzo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rizzo's face. Rizzo staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Mario Rizzo has been cut.
Rizzo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Beauvais tries to avoid it but Rizzo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Beauvais to the ground. Beauvais escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rizzo shoots in looking for a takedown. Beauvais tries to sprawl out of it but Rizzo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Beauvais manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rizzo doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Beauvais decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rizzo's guard.
Travis Beauvais has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Rizzo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Beauvais throws an elbow that misses. Rizzo uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Beauvais's guard. Nice move by Rizzo!
Beauvais manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Rizzo manages to get himself to full guard.

Rizzo has his foot on Beauvais's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Beauvais works his way back into a safe position though.

Rizzo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Beauvais!

Beauvais is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

It looks like Travis Beauvais has been cut.
Rizzo lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The referee warns Beauvais that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Beauvais is breathing heavily.
Beauvais working to try and regain half guard.
Rizzo is in the full mount, landing strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rizzo wants to finish this one by submission but Beauvais is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Rizzo.
Rizzo lands a big shot there that rocks Beauvais but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
