A fine choice. Rossi has chosen Talking Heads - Burning Down the House as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Rossi!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rossi shoots in for a takedown but Castle shows good takedown defense.
Rossi fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Rossi dives in and grabs Castle's left leg, looking for a takedown. Castle pushes down on Rossi's head and hops out.
Frank Castle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Rossi.
Castle lands a head kick. Rossi smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Castle lands a lovely overhand right.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rossi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Castle avoids it really well and circles away.
Good leg kick by Castle there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Michael Rossi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rossi stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Castle.
Castle scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

Rossi gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Castle prevents the takedown attempt.
Castle scores with a shot to the side of Rossi's head.
Rossi drops down looking for an ankle pick but Castle pulls his leg out and moves away.
Rossi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Castle defends it nicely.
The crowd cheers as Castle lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rossi doesn't seem phased though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rossi walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Frank Castle is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rossi tries for a takedown but Castle sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Castle scores with a kick to the midsection.
Rossi looks gassed!
Nice jab there from Castle.
Rossi shoots for a double leg takedown but Castle sprawls well. He's pushed Rossi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Castle creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Rossi with a big uppercut! Rossi tries to clinch up but Castle pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Rossi to the mat! Rossi covers up and Castle unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
