Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Allen's entrance music is On In Five - BoySetsFire. A fine choice. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Charles Gordon!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gordon feints and then cracks Allen's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Allen down.
Gordon throws a leg kick but Allen checks it.
Allen drives through and clinches with Gordon against the cage.
Gordon manages to break the clinch.
Allen moves in looking to clinch but Gordon pushes him off.
Gordon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Allen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gordon stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Gordon looks to score with a jab to the body but Allen is just out of range.
A combination from Gordon does no damage.
Gordon slips a jab and a cross from Allen.
Gordon scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Gordon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Gordon lands a head kick. Allen smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Allen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Allen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Allen cracks Gordon with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
It looks like Charles Gordon has been cut.
A big left from Gordon misses.
Gordon on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Allen tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Allen doesn't manage to clinch there - Gordon circles away.
Allen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gordon lands a head kick. Allen smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Dave Allen has been cut.
Gordon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Allen circles away quickly and effectively.
Allen moves in looking to clinch but Gordon pushes him off.
Allen bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gordon's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Allen lands with an uppercut that bounces Gordon off the cage and back into range.
Allen misses with a leg kick.
Allen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gordon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Allen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Allen tries to clinch up.
Allen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gordon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Allen throws a solid leg kick but Gordon takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Allen.
Some wild striking there from Allen.
Allen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Crunch! Gordon slams his shin into Allen's torso.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Gordon.
Allen takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Allen steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Gordon. That one must have hurt.
Allen is breathing heavily.
A head kick misses from Gordon.
Allen avoids the head kick by Gordon.
Allen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gordon moves away.
Gordon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Allen is looking to clinch.

Gordon tries a head kick but it misses.

Allen misses with a kick to the body.
Allen wants to clinch.
Gordon lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

and Gordon counters with an inside leg kick.
Gordon gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Allen.
That has opened up Charles Gordon's cut even more.
Allen has Gordon up against the cage in a clinch.
Allen manages to break the clinch.
Gordon throws a head kick but Allen moves out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Gordon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A left and a right from Allen both land. Nice combination.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gordon throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Allen.
Allen tries to clinch up.
Allen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Oooooh!!! Allen has knocked Gordon down with a huge combo! Allen steps away and waves a wobbly Gordon back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Gordon is rocked!
The cut above Charles Gordon's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Allen lands a nice hook to Gordon's body. Gordon takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Gordon is still on wobbly legs! Can Allen finish him?
Gordon swats away the attempt to clinch by Allen.
Gordon seems to have recovered his senses.
Allen lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Gordon is looking to close the distance but Allen sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Gordon crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Gordon is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Dave Allen!
