Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between War Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machine comes into the arena with War Machine blaring out of the sound system. Marciano is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: REDEMPTION SONG. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine moves out of range of the strikes.
Machine fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Marciano manages to avoid it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Machine looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Machine throws a front kick aimed at Marciano's knee but Marciano avoids it well.
Machine tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Machine just misses with a punch to the body.
Machine throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Machine, as that shot connected.

Machine is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Machine pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A head kick misses from Marciano.
Machine walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Marciano checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Marciano throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Machine sees it coming and avoids it easily.

and Machine counters with a big uppercut that knocks Marciano off his feet! Machine dives into side control looking to finish!
Marciano is still in real trouble! Can Machine finish him?
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Machine remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Machine stands up.
Machine drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Marciano right on the button. Marciano goes down! Machine follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Machine gets the win via TKO!
