Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonardo Ferreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ferreira might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Wrathchild. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira cracks the inside of Rua's front leg.
Ferreira moves away from the strike by Rua.
A nice leg kick lands there from Ferreira.
A big left from Rua misses.
Ferreira lands with a nice body kick.

Rua feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ferreira sprawling to the canvas! Ferreira rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rua finish him?!

Ferreira is rocked!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ferreira lands with a thumping leg kick.
Ferreira buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Rua knocks out Ferreira with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Rua before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Rua picks up the big W with a huge KO!
