Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Nash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tom Green looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tom Green!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kevin Nash!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nash tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Green swivels and escapes.
Nash tries for a takedown but Green sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nash tries to bum rush Green with a series of wild strikes but Green uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Nash clinches with his opponent.
Green could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Nash can't get the takedown.
Tom Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Nash.
Nash tries to score a body lock takedown but Green shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Nash has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Green avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Nash throws an elbow but Green slips to the side and avoids it well.

Nash connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Green some visible discomfort.

Nash stands up and beckons Green to his feet.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Nash closes the distance and clinches up with Green, looking for a takedown. Nash pushes Green against the cage but Green circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nash shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Green as he jumps to the side.

and Green counters with a good, hard body kick but Nash shrugs it off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Kevin Nash showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Green throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Nash postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Nash decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Green, up you get!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Green tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nash paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Nash changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Green tries to avoid it but Nash manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Green to the ground. Green escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Green leaves Nash with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Green has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nash can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Nash accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Tom Green has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Green had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Nash defends it easily.

Kevin Nash comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Nash winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
