Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tarzan Taborda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cloud Strife (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taborda comes into the arena with New Noise by Refused blaring out of the sound system. Strife has chosen One Winged Angel by The Black Mages as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Cloud Strife has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Strife instigates a clinch.
Strife takes an elbow to the temple.

It looks like Cloud Strife has been cut.
Strife keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Taborda's efforts to push away.
Taborda content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Strife is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Taborda pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Strife has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Taborda is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Strife wants a takedown.
Tarzan Taborda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cloud Strife.
Strife tries for a takedown. No joy.
Taborda lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Taborda prevents a takedown attempt there.
Taborda struggles to land a body shot inside as Strife controls his hands.
Strife blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Strife is looking to take this one to the mat.
Strife drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Taborda throws a head punch that misses.

Taborda pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Taborda lands an overhand right.
A cross from Taborda lands.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Strife keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Taborda leaves Strife with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Strife dives in and scores a takedown into Taborda's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Strife won't allow Taborda to get back to his feet.
Taborda looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Strife wanted to stand there but Taborda had control of the position.
Taborda throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Taborda is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Strife looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Taborda looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Strife regains full guard. Nicely done.

Taborda has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Strife to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Taborda is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Strife pulls down on the head and he's put Taborda to sleep! This one is all over!

Cloud Strife really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fossington & Blythe: Gentlemen's Fight Attire logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
