Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Piston Honda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bing Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boom is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by NokiSowa. Bing Boom has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honda takes a kick to the side of the head.
Boom throws a nice head kick!

Honda shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Honda was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Boom is desperately trying to improve his position but Honda has a good base and remains in mount.
Boom is controlling an arm, preventing Honda from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Honda has hold of Boom's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Boom manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boom can't escape the position.

Honda is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Honda extends the arm and Boom is forced to tap!
