Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Severn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quentin Troeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Severn might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to ACDC hells bells. Troeman has chosen VYBZ KARTEL- DON'T RUN as his entrance music. Quentin Troeman acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Troeman pushes Severn away with a front kick.
Troeman displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Severn.
Nice takedown defense from Troeman. No joy for Severn on that attempt.
Troeman lands a nice shot that snaps Severn's head back.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Severn fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Severn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Troeman moves into range and connects with a jab.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Troeman - that will leave a mark!
Severn is breathing heavily.
Troeman thows a body kick. Severn tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Severn shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Troeman as he jumps to the side.
Troeman lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Dan Severn has been cut.
Severn takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Troeman throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Severn drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Troeman.
Troeman lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Severn up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Troeman from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Severn's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
