Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean McMorrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Delerium - Silence . Jack Ryan told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McMorrow loads up on a big right hand but Ryan slips the punch.
McMorrow fakes the leg kick and cracks Ryan in the body.
McMorrow takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Excellent takedown into side control there by McMorrow.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
McMorrow is looking to take a break and control but Ryan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Ryan manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. McMorrow manages to get himself to full guard.

McMorrow has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ryan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
McMorrow is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

McMorrow utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
McMorrow not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

McMorrow is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ryan can do to turn this around?

McMorrow closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ryan did well to prevent McMorrow getting side control.

McMorrow throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ryan's waist but Ryan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McMorrow off to one side.
