Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mayvette Gochoco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mayvette Gochoco has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mayvette Gochoco seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker dives in and grabs Gochoco's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gochoco pushes down on Parker's head and hops out.
Gochoco looks to clinch
and Parker counters with a left and a right that stings Gochoco.
Parker avoids the head kick by Gochoco.
Gochoco misses with a wild combination.
Gochoco shoots in looking for a takedown but Parker manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gochoco's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Parker looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Parker shoots in for a double leg but Gochoco sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Mayvette Gochoco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Parker.
Parker tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gochoco sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Parker somewhat.
Gochoco tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gochoco tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Parker manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Parker fails with a takedown attempt.

Parker scores with a sloppy right hand. Gochoco should have avoided that one.

Parker manages to break the clinch.
Gochoco shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Parker defends it nicely.
Parker fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Gochoco tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Parker paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Parker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gochoco.

Nice takedown defense from Gochoco. No joy for Parker on that attempt.
Gochoco wants to clinch but Parker slips to the side

and Parker counters by clinching up.
Parker lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Gochoco backwards.

Parker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A head kick misses from Parker.
Parker shoots in looking for a takedown. Gochoco tries to sprawl out of it but Parker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gochoco manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Gochoco tries to keep at a distance but Parker has taken the fight into the clinch.

Parker pulls guard.
Gochoco tries to stand but Parker is controlling from the bottom.
Gochoco wants to control from the top but Parker keeps moving.

Gochoco drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Gochoco seems to have locked his on tight now - Parker screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Gochoco, as he picks up the win!
