Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sean Sabacajan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, The Sixth Man!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Damien Edna and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sabacajan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sixth Man as he avoids it easily.

Sabacajan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Sixth Man utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Sixth Man wants to stand up but Sabacajan is controlling him.

Sixth Man looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Sabacajan passes into side control.
Sixth Man takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Sixth Man is working to avoid the ground and pound but Sabacajan connects with a decent elbow.
Sabacajan tries to score with some ground and pound. Sixth Man controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Sixth Man really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sabacajan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sabacajan is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sixth Man knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sabacajan cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Sabacajan has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sixth Man's face.

A big strike lands for Sabacajan! That's really hurt Sixth Man and he's turned his back - Sabacajan keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Sabacajan jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

After winning the bout, Sean Sabacajan thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
