Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Conner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathaniel Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Price has chosen Thunderstruck as his entrance music. Conner has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jon Conner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nathaniel Price!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conner throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Price drives through with a takedown into Conner's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Price engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Price's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
It looks like Price might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nathaniel Price has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Price shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Still in half guard, Price seems content to control.
Conner is looking to improve his position.
Price looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Conner is breathing heavily.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Nathaniel Price hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Conner throws a sloppy head kick and Price moves out of range easily.
Conner is trying hard to land a takedown here. Price sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Conner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Price throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Jon Conner has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Price has closed the distance and engaged Conner in a clinch.
Price jumps guard and drags Conner to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Price is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Conner frees his head nicely. Oh but Price has switched to an armbar! Conner is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
