Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thracian Spartacus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and AJ Harvey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harvey has chosen Dangerzone as his entrance music. Thracian Spartacus had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Harvey.
The fight stays on the outside here - Spartacus looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Harvey shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Spartacus manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Harvey tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Spartacus swivels and escapes.

Spartacus darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Harvey tries to get to full guard but Spartacus has control of the leg.

Spartacus is pressing down on Harvey's thigh, looking to free his foot. Harvey is holding on for now.
Harvey has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Spartacus connects with a nice short shot to Harvey's temple.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Harvey has his hands on Spartacus's head, controlling the position.
Spartacus postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Spartacus is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Spartacus srikes from the bottom but he's lost position and has given up his back.

Harvey has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Spartacus is defending well but eventually Harvey manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Spartacus has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
