Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Sloan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shin Yoshida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shin Yoshida struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Leroy Sloan had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Yoshida sprawls well. Yoshida wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sloan gets slowly back to his feet.

Horrible takedown by Sloan or perhaps it was just good defense by Yoshida which made him look bad.

Well Yoshida has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
