Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tom Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jethro Sherdog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes into the arena with Already There blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson dives in and grabs Sherdog's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sherdog pushes down on Johnson's head and hops out.

Sherdog shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Johnson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Johnson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Johnson thows a huge punch but Sherdog dodges it nicely.
Sherdog pushes Johnson off looking to stand but Johnson dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are battling for position here. Sherdog manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Sherdog had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Johnson defends it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sherdog is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Johnson has his hands clasped together but Sherdog extends an breaks Johnson's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Sherdog.
