Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexandre Almeida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Bomber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almeida looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Almeida is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Bomber closes the distance and clinches up with Almeida, looking for a takedown. Bomber pushes Almeida against the cage but Almeida circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Almeida shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bomber manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Almeida scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bomber had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Almeida defends it easily.

Bomber is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Almeida is aware though and is defending well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
