Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sid Lagove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Van Gogh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lagove comes into the arena with What you say blaring out of the sound system. Van Gogh has chosen Carl Orff - O Fortuna as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Sid Lagove could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vincent Van Gogh's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Van Gogh there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Lagove closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Van Gogh quickly recovers to half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Van Gogh is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Lagove scores with a couple of nice shots.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lagove connects with a nice short shot to Van Gogh's temple.

Lagove is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Van Gogh is just riding it out for now. Lagove eventually gives up the hold.

Van Gogh walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Lagove drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Van Gogh swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Lagove's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
