Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cormac McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uncomfortable Positions (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McCarthy might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Glassjaw-Siberian Kiss. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Positions digs a good body shot into McCarthy's ribs.
McCarthy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Positions moves away.
Positions cracks a nice hook into McCarthy's ribs.
McCarthy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Positions.
Positions keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
McCarthy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
McCarthy swings for the body but Positions moves out of range.
Positions wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Positions lands with an uppercut that bounces McCarthy off the cage and back into range.

McCarthy swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Positions goes for a takedown attempt but McCarthy pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Positions throws a low kick but it's checked well by McCarthy.

and McCarthy counters with a head kick. That will keep Positions thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Positions lands a head kick. McCarthy smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

McCarthy keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
McCarthy lands with a kick to the temple. Positions shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Nice uppercut lands for Positions. That snapped McCarthy's head back.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Positions takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McCarthy takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
McCarthy wants to clinch up but Positions keeps it at a distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Cormac McCarthy will probably get the nod.
That's time! McCarthy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
McCarthy throws a hook but Positions avoids it easily.

McCarthy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Positions throws a left and a right that both miss
and McCarthy counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Positions dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on McCarthy. That did some damage!
McCarthy throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Positions on the side of the head.
