Hieron manages to get an easy takedown there - catching hi on his heels. He'll look to pass hi's guard now, I'm sure.
Hieron is in close to hi's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Hieron is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, hi has managed to escape the submission attempt.

After the fight, Derrick Hieron was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
