Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Netz Prash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leo Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rua is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ai se eu te pego..!. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Prash darts in and clinches Rua up against the cage.
Prash misses with a knee to the head.
Prash can't find room to land a body shot as Rua controls the action.
Prash lands a nice shot to the body.
A head punch on the inside from Rua fails to land.
Rua struggles to land a body shot inside as Prash controls his hands.
Rua tries for a takedown but Prash manages to get underhooks.
Rua goes for a takedown attempt but Prash pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Prash darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Rua shoots for a double leg takedown but Prash sprawls well. He's pushed Rua's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Netz Prash has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leo Rua.
Prash does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Rua tries to clinch there but Prash circles away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
No luck for Rua with that takedown attempt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rua looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Prash throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Netz Prash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Prash lands a right hand that snaps the head of Rua backwards.

Rua pushes Prash back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Rua tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Prash stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Rua changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Prash fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Rua takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Prash throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rua stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Prash throws a wild body kick that Rua sees coming a mile off.

Prash moves into the clinch successfully.
Prash lands with a short shot to the head.
Rua tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Prash just stands there and leans against the cage.
Prash prevents the takedown attempt.
Rua wants a takedown but no success here.
Prash tries to break the clinch but Rua is controlling the position.
Prash scores with a shoulder strike.
Prash digs a right hand into Rua's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Rua's gas tank.

Rua is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Prash lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Prash throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Prash gets through Rua's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Prash lands a big right hand that drops Rua! The killer instinct kicks in and Prash finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Prash!

In his post fight interview, Netz Prash started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
