The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Delcin.

Delcin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Cauthon is trying to defend but Delcin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Cauthon has hold of Delcin's hands but Delcin slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Cauthon is looking for a sweep. Delcin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Cauthon looks like he's trying to stand up.
Delcin working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Cauthon is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Delcin has his hands clasped together but Cauthon extends an breaks Delcin's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Cauthon.

Mat Cauthon decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
