Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Trevor Clarkson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ty Kuno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kuno has chosen Get Up Again as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ty Kuno!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Clarkson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Kuno not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Clarkson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

A relieved looking Trevor Clarkson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
