The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krukiov shoots in but Armande avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Armande looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Armande tries to clinch but Krukiov is having none of it.
Krukiov looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Krukiov fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jonas Armande has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vlad Krukiov.
Krukiov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Armande pinned against the cage. Armande gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Krukiov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Armande circles away.

Krukiov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Armande is trying to buck Krukiov off.
Krukiov advances to mount.

Krukiov is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Armande can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Krukiov jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Armande manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Armande tries to escape but Krukiov is in control.

Krukiov is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Armande knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Armande wants to get back to his feet.

Krukiov is working to tighten is grip on Armande's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Armande has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Krukiov is really squeezing tight and eventually Armande passes out! Krukiov breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
