Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deckard lands with a nice body punch.
Lawrence avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Deckard takes a jab right on the kisser.
Deckard tries a low kick but Lawrence avoids it.
Deckard avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lawrence misses with a few strikes there.
Deckard uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lawrence .
Lawrence ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Deckard connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lawrence 's hands.
Lawrence dips to his left and cracks Deckard with an uppercut!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Deckard avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lawrence throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lawrence looks to land a left hand but Deckard moved out of range nicely.
Lawrence misses with an uppercut
and Deckard counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Deckard.
Deckard lands a body shot in the clinch.
Deckard lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Lawrence .
Lawrence looks gassed!
Deckard throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Deckard breaks from the clinch.
Lawrence throws a hook to the side of Deckard's head but Deckard sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Deckard closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lawrence managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Deckard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Deckard is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lawrence has escaped the position, nice work there.
Sloppy strikes there by Deckard.
Deckard has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Deckard throws a strike aimed at the side of Lawrence 's head but Lawrence avoids it well.

Deckard lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lawrence holds on, trying desperately to control.
Deckard with a couple of short strikes.
Lawrence is rocked!
Deckard unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Lawrence wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Deckard celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

After the fight, Rick Deckard was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
