Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frodo Baggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herb Everyday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Everyday has chosen Eek A Mouse- the man and the mouse as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Herb Everyday!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Everyday connects with a high kick.
Baggins fails with a takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Everyday is defended easily by Baggins.

Baggins closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Everyday to the mat! Everyday manages to get full guard.
Baggins wants to control from the top but Everyday keeps moving.

Everyday has his foot on Baggins's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Baggins works his way back into a safe position though.

Well Everyday has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
