Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Pesanioco Noguerio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Neely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Noguerio's entrance music is Moneytalks -ACDC. A fine choice. Neely comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Gimme all your loving!!! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Carlos Pesanioco Noguerio could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mike Neely 's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neely blocks a leg kick.
A bone on bone clash there as Neely blocks the leg kick.
Neely scores with a crisp jab that stopped Noguerio in his tracks.

Noguerio shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Noguerio postures up in Neely 's guard and throws a big left but Neely blocks it.

Noguerio drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Neely manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Noguerio has Neely in his guard.
Neely trying to control the position from guard on top but Noguerio is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Noguerio escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Neely gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Neely 's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Noguerio working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Neely doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Neely manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Noguerio isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Neely stacks Noguerio on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Neely !

Neely is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Neely tries to advance to mount but Noguerio denies him.
Noguerio seems a little lost for a moment, as Neely dominates the positioning.
Noguerio tries to buck Neely off but Neely is having none of it.
Neely is looking to take a break and control but Noguerio is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Neely is putting a hurting on Noguerio here, landing some big shots from side control.
Neely staying calm.

Noguerio is looking to regain half guard here but Neely keeps moving and retains side control.

Noguerio is pushing Neely 's head away, looking to escape. Neely manages to hold on to the position though.

Noguerio tries to bench press Neely off him but Neely keeps the position.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neely grinds an elbow into Noguerio's temple.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Neely cracks Noguerio with a big right hand but Noguerio just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Noguerio is rocked!
Neely passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Noguerio!
Neely has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Neely scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Noguerio?
Oh Noguerio is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Neely loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Noguerio scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Neely land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Neely stands and salutes the crowd.
