The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rosja drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rosja jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Rosja postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Helgurson is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Rosja, into his guard.

Rosja has his feet on Helgurson's thighs here. He's pushed Helgurson off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Helgurson screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
