The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pox takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Emelianenko connects with a nice looking jab.
Pox blocks a jab.
Pox has his takedown stuffed
and Emelianenko counters with a nice uppercut.
Emelianenko ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Emelianenko lands with an overhand left.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Horrible takedown by Pox or perhaps it was just good defense by Emelianenko which made him look bad.
Emelianenko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pox is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Emelianenko moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
