Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chris Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike McDougal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McDougal is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Meddler - August Burns Red. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ferguson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McDougal.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Ferguson shoots in looking for a takedown. McDougal tries to sprawl out of it but Ferguson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McDougal manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

McDougal throws a hook to the side of Ferguson's head but Ferguson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

McDougal is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Ferguson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Ferguson shoots for a double leg takedown but McDougal sprawls well. He's pushed Ferguson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ferguson shoots in but McDougal avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Ferguson moves in looking to clinch but McDougal pushes him off.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

McDougal feints and then cracks Ferguson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ferguson down.

Mike McDougal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

McDougal lands a high kick to the side of Ferguson's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! McDougal dives into guard, looking to finish.
Oh Ferguson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
