Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between HeavyWeight Prizefighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Drakkar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Prizefighter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Under and Over it by ffdp. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, HeavyWeight Prizefighter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ivan Drakkar!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prizefighter misses with a takedown attempt
and Drakkar makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Prizefighter bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Drakkar's head.
Drakkar slaps away a takedown attempt from Prizefighter, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Prizefighter tries to close the distance and clinch up but Drakkar swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Prizefighter throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Drakkar tries a head kick but it misses.
Drakkar throws an overhand right that lands on Prizefighter's shoulder, as Prizefighter tries to avoid the shot.
Drakkar moves into range and connects with a jab.
Prizefighter lands with a kick to the ribs.
Drakkar avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Prizefighter lands a lovely overhand right.

Drakkar seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Drakkar can do anything to dispel that myth.

Prizefighter throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Drakkar throws a jab but it's blocked by Prizefighter.
Ivan Drakkar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Prizefighter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Prizefighter closes the distance and pushes Drakkar back into the cage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Prizefighter is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Drakkar is defending well for now.

Drakkar is looking to control Prizefighter's arms but Prizefighter gets an underhook and turns him. Now Drakkar has his back to the cage.

Drakkar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Prizefighter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

We're going to have a standup here because HeavyWeight Prizefighter wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Prizefighter will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Prizefighter does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Prizefighter is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Prizefighter feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

I would just about give that final round to Ivan Drakkar.
Well Prizefighter has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
